I used to think high blood pressure was a joke. However, it is not. High blood pressure can kill. I know this because it almost killed me. However, I was lucky enough to have a doctor who spotted the signs and treated the problem before it got out of hand. My doctor prescribed me some medication, recommended that I change my diet and also helped me to change my lifestyle so that it became more low-stress. I am now feeling much better and the last time I saw my doctor, he said my blood pressure was just great. I hope you like my blog.
